MINDSET & ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING

My job as your coach is to be your number one cheerleader, helping you put one foot in front of the other - creating a life you'll love!

When I started my business I was so unsure of what I was doing. I did my best to figure things out, because I didn't want to be a burden to anyone. I was also very protective of my "new baby" and didn't want to share it with many people. Finding your way can be heavy, lonesome and even shameful.

If you are a goal-getter like me, you probably have a long list of responsibilities that when not managed properly, may cause overwhelm. The American Society of Training and Development found that people are 65% likely to meet a goal after committing to another person. Their chances of success increase to 95% when they build in ongoing meetings with their partners to check in on their progress. I am not ashamed to attribute most of my success to staying A.C.C.O.U.N.T.A.B.L.E. to my peers and mentors.
